Class schedule:
Classes are adapted to school schedules and conducted at convenient afternoon and weekend hours.
Training sessions take place:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The flexible timetable makes it easy to combine school education with regular rhythmic gymnastics training.
Advanced training classes are intended for gymnasts following a competitive pathway in rhythmic gymnastics and preparing for participation in regional, national, and championship-level competitions.
APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Training and athlete preparation in advanced groups are based on current national and international rhythmic gymnastics regulations.
International Regulations (FIG)
The training framework is based on the rules of the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG), in particular:
- FIG Code of Points - Rhythmic Gymnastics (2025–2028 cycle),
- technical rules concerning:
- composition and evaluation of individual routines,
- scoring structure (Difficulty, Artistry, Execution),
- routine duration,
- safety and quality of execution.
FIG regulations fully apply in the following categories:
- Younger Junior (Class II),
- Junior (Class I),
- Senior (Class I / Master).
National Regulations (PZG)
Training is also conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Polish Gymnastics Association (PZG), including:
- PZG Program and requirements for the given competitive season,
- national competition rules,
- guidelines for age categories, sport classes, and competition programs.
In the youth category:
- FIG rules apply with modifications defined by PZG,
- training is adapted to age, development stage, and athlete safety.
COMPETITION RULES
Gymnasts are prepared for competitions in accordance with FIG and PZG regulations. These rules apply at both national and international levels and form an integral part of the training process.
Routine duration
Younger Junior, Junior, Senior categories
- routine duration: 1:15–1:30,
- short musical introduction allowed: up to 4 seconds, without body or apparatus movement.
Youth category
- routine duration defined by PZG Program and Requirements,
- adapted to age and development stage.
Incorrect routine duration results in penalties.
Performance to music
- Each routine must be performed to music throughout its entire duration.
- Music influences rhythm, character, artistry, and expression.
- Absence or interruption of music prevents proper evaluation.
During training, gymnasts learn conscious work with music and movement adaptation to its dynamics and character.
Competition area (Floor)
- Routines are performed on a 13 × 13 meter official floor area.
- All elements must be performed within the floor boundaries.
- Stepping outside results in penalties.
- Elements started outside the floor are not evaluated.
Training focuses on:
- spatial awareness,
- use of the entire floor area,
- control of movement and apparatus.
Complete routine requirement
- The routine must be performed from start to finish.
- Interruption results in significant penalties.
- Only performed elements up to interruption are evaluated.
Training emphasizes:
- physical conditioning,
- competition focus,
- ability to complete routines under stress and fatigue.
HOW ROUTINES ARE EVALUATED
Routines are evaluated according to the FIG scoring system and PZG requirements.
Difficulty (D)
- body elements (jumps, turns, balances),
- apparatus elements,
- structure and selection of difficulty.
Training focuses on:
- safety of elements,
- technical quality,
- appropriate difficulty selection.
Artistry (A)
- composition,
- work with music,
- rhythm, dynamics, and expression,
- choreographic consistency.
Gymnasts learn:
- music interpretation,
- smooth transitions,
- artistic expression adapted to age and category.
Execution (E)
- body technique,
- apparatus technique,
- precision and control,
- minimizing errors and apparatus losses.
Training focuses on:
- correct posture,
- precision,
- consistency under pressure.
Final score
The final score is the sum of Difficulty, Artistry, and Execution minus any penalties.
